Responsibilities :

• Work with a team to develop strategies and concepts for new products or services
• Develop ideas and concepts for video production contents aligned to clients’ objectives and strategies.
• Assist in establishing internal creative and production processes to produce creative assets in product (course, video casual, live)
• Collaborate with the academy (content designer/ editor) and production team to communicate contents in a creative and interesting way.
• Responsible for developing concepts, copy writing and creating visuals for all contents.
• Communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale with stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in creative, content creation, copy writing or any related field.
• Experience in leading a team of creative or closely working with a production team.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• A strong understanding of branded content creation, video production, storytelling, marketing and basic design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and spoken.
• Can-do attitude, collaborative and always ready to learn new things.
